Eline Gaudé

Eline Gaudé (b. 1996, Saint-Cyr-L’Ecole) is a French-Finnish artist with a background in visual arts and creative sustainability. She graduated from Aalto University’s Master’s programme in Visual Culture, Curating and Contemporary Art (minor in Creative Sustainability) in 2023, and holds a BA in Fine Arts from Novia University of Applied Sciences (including an exchange program at the Muthesius University of Fine Arts and Design in Kiel, Germany). Navigating the converging realms of social ecology and transdisciplinary research, she is committed to democratizing arts-based thinking and methodologies for sustainability transformation. Through fine arts, textile handicrafts, and collaborative methodologies, Eline seeks to illuminate the intricate, ever-evolving connections between human beings and the sentient world, fostering ecological care and understanding across generations. Co-founder of the pan-European art collective Sympoietic Society and non-profit association Ymmärrys ry, her work emphasizes site-sensitive approaches and cross-cultural collaborations.
