anthroARTcene is a digital exhibition of curated works of art-science. It is a unique collaboration between artists, the curators who select the artists and the AwE website developers. In the process, this interdisciplinary team reconsiders the medium of “website” for an exhibition and takes advantage of it as a way to virtually learn, experience, and engage.

A word from the curators, Jia Jia and Gustavo Arróniz:

In two different parts of the world, artists Marie-Luce Nadal and Gilberto Esparza practice art by contorting environmental subjects through different forms - one being conceptually confrontational, the other a practical act that uses machines to tackle an issue.
